Business Case Proposals

AMS is able to help in the creation of a safety, quality, cost, delivery and people (SQCDP) business case proposal for new facilities, equipment and/or services by working with your teams and operational leadership to present justification for new investment. 

Procurement, Installation, Commissioning & Validation

Alongside AMS designed and owned E3000 hanger systems, AMS is also proud to market, sell and support LOMA SYSTEMS®check and detect technologies, which are at the cutting edge of product safety and quality. We are currently the approved partner within Singapore for all LOMA SYSTEMS® enquiries, new equipment products, spares and consumables and have approved partner duality within Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri-Lanka and Mauritius/Réunion Islands.

Calibration

AMS is able to offer a full calibration service for the Loma Systems Products to suit your product requirements, we currently set the standard at twice annually to best guarantee machine effectiveness. We use seeded test pieces and calibrated industry standard equipment and you will be issued with a traceable test report to fulfil your quality management system (QMS) auditing requirements.

Training

AMS is able to offer standard or bespoke training packages depending upon your requirements. We can author these ourselves and as part of the agreed service all electronic files used will be handed over to your teams so you can have your qualified in-house trainers disseminate down to new employees or carry our refresher training with the official material, again this will help show a robust methodology for QMS auditing. This is a service that is aimed at two specific levels, Operator & Engineering and is a mix of Classroom & Practical carried out on your chosen site with your equipment.

After Sales Spares & Consumables

Utilising its global network of suppliers AMS is able to offer an extensive range of spares and consumables for your business needs not just for the E3000 hanger system or LOMA SYSTEMS®check and detect technologies but any requirement you have, please do challenge us on this as you may be surprised at the options we present for you.

Technical Support / Call Out / Servicing

AMS is able to offer Phone, Email or Instant Message (Preferably What’s App) remote Technical Support 24hrs a day due to our global locations. Currently we can offer on-site support, within 4hrs for mainland Singapore, during AMS extended business hours 8am-10pm over 7 days (Subject to minimum period contract terms being agreed for these flexible services). On Site support in other regions will depend of the package and pricing that is agreed.

Documentation / Technical Authoring

AMS is able to provide a Technical Authoring service should there be a need for an independent review or audit or to aid the creation of standard operating procedures, health & safety manuals, risk assessments, method statements and/or any general facility or business documentation you require.
